 Indian Post Payment Bank IPPB: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has inaugurated the Indian post payment bank. PM Modi has started this by opening an account in this new bank. There are a few highlights are given below about IPPB.

  • Account can be opened in less than a minute, in this new government bank account. 
  • The account holder should be at least 18 years of age. 
  • Within 12 months the account holder must complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) rules.
  • The account can be opened by downloading the app online. 
  • After 12 months you will have to submit your documents in the post office or checkpoint.
  • Through this initiative Bank will come home.
  • You need only press your thumb for all works.

    Any person can give a base card on zero payment and can open a savings account in the post office. After this it will have to keep at least 100 rupees. There will be a balance of at least 1000 rupees in the current account. The account holder will not need to remember his account number to avail any service, because all his work will be with his first impression. For those who can not come to the bank, the door to door service will be started. The entire facility of the bank will be available only after sitting at home through the post office.

    Bank will come home - if you have to deposit money or withdraw money in your account, then you can put a request on IPPB App on your mobile. After that the postal workers will come home and deposit money or you will pay. The benefit of this will be to the people of the villages who go to remote cities from the bank's work.
